Advisers: SEND Tribunal training

Our one day SEND Tribunal training is designed for those advising or representing parents, and covers the essentials of preparing and presenting a case at the First Tier Tribunal (SEND Tribunal). The content assumes some prior knowledge of SEND law, so we anticipate that attendees will have already completed other IPSEA training.

• Successful advocacy in Tribunal cases
• The rights of appeal
